Where does ONEONE SWIMWEAR ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our distribution center in Miami, Florida. We offer both domestic shipping within the US and international shipping to most countries worldwide.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and hygienic liners still attached.
How should I care for my swimwear to make it last?
To maintain the vibrant colors and elasticity of your ONEONE pieces, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent immediately after use. Always air dry in the shade and avoid rough surfaces.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of placement if you need to make changes. Once an order has been fulfilled by our warehouse, we can no longer modify it.
